Assessment -> Recruiter screen -> Technical screen then 3 rounds on site (system design, pair programming in a codebase, whiteboarding). Thought did well in technical screen and interviewer said a lot of positive feedback but ended up being ghosted. Reached out for more feedback but none of them responded. Process took around 2 weeks

If prepared well, one can easily crack all rounds. I was underprepared and hence got the rejection.
