Question 1
Explain an experience where you worked effectively with a team.
She scheduled an interview for 9am, didn't show up, respond to email, or pick up her phone (the number provided in her email signature was also a cell, not office number.)
30mins later, she sends an email saying that she was stuck in traffic and running late to the next meeting. She didn't offer a sincere apology, which shows me this is normal behavior and they'll unprofessional.
This place has no respect towards your time.
Roles are not remote optional, which shows me they are not keeping up with the times and aren't taking covid seriously.
Based on my experience and what employees have said about this company and sister company's, it seems like an over worked, underpaid, under valued, dead-end company.
