Needlessly long and convoluted. Too many steps for a company of this size, obviously struggling to fill positions and retain staff. Total about 6 interviews including screening and nearly a day (unpaid) of wasted time - for those who might not get a position.

Casual conversation to determine if your skillset is applicable to the team. They wanted to understand why you would be interested in joining the industry. Interviewer was courteous albeit a little late.
Good very good super day good good 5 interviews back to back. Quite tiring and they asked a lot of questions. Very hard as it's contextual to biotech and tech contributions
