I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vorboss (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
1st stage discussion around what the company does, my cv, how teams work. Pleasant discussion. 2nd stage to discuss a take home assignment, during which I learnt that they don't provide macbooks and only windows machine. A red flag for me but still decided to move to the next stage to discuss with the CIO 3rd stage CIO cancelled my interview on the same day. Accepted to move it to the next day and he didn't show up on zoom I don't think that kind of person as the head would bring a positive culture in the workplace. A laptop is a tool and developers should be able to pick what they are most comfortable with. Also who doesn't show up at an interview twice? I recommend the company to actively upgrade their IT if they want to hire great engineers.

Interview
Process seemed relatively straightforward. Got an initial call then a take-home exercise which you will end up discussing in the subsequent in-office meeting. Only critique was the person I was in contact with not saying that she will be on holiday so my e-mails to her were getting nowhere if not for my recruiter at the time. Make sure to research about the company as they love it when you ask questions.

Interview
Two stages: Technical & Practical
Technical round is know about the candidate profile, experience, technology stack and practical is take home and discussion on practical in second stage. That's it. At the end of second stage they do not have meaningful feedback or appropriate reason.
