Refereed by a recruiting agency which tell me that my profile, skills and experience really matched the job. I had a very basic screening with the agency, then an interview with the CTO in the headquarters. The onsite interview could been a Skype call no need to go. Because the feedback was I have not the required experience for the role which was clear in my CV.
