1. First call about 2 weeks after applications were closed. I was invited to an interview and asked for salary expectations.
2. First interview with recruitment manager, including a presentation of the Volvo Group, a short live test and Q&A. The test was about how I would approach a given design challenge.
3. Reasoning test, done asynchronously.
4. Discussion of test results with HR
