The interview process was consited of two interviews. In the first part I had to present myselfe and talk over mz goals and mz further experience. In the second part it was more about the personal fit.

Facile, ambiente amichevole, domande su università e prospettive di carriera. Qualche domanda tecnica sulla posizione oggetto della candidatura. Due step di selezione per internship. Una parte di colloquio in inglese. Nel complesso positivo.
Initial online application process using standard methods, i.e., filling in details and some online testing. Then there was an assessment centre with others who applied for the same programme, experience was overall very positive. We also had the chance to talk to current interns.

Interview
The hiring process consists of two interview rounds. The first round is an HR interview, while the second round is a manager interview involving a case study and behavioral questions.
