The interview process took place in Volkswagen IT Services, Gurugram office. The position was for SAP Manual + Automation Testing. There were two rounds of technical rounds.
1st round:-
Interviewer asked me to give a brief introduction then he started asking questions from UFT. I told him that I am not aware of UFT and have came here for SAP and Worksoft Certify. After confirming from HR, he started asking questions about SAP Hybris and Worksoft Certify. It was quite evident that interviewer was also new to the technology. Anyways the round went good for me and after waiting for 5-10 min , I was told to wait for 2nd round.
2nd round:-
Again the introduction formalities. Then asked about Worksoft Certify tool. If opportunity given would I be able to learn and automate with UFT or not. Asked me for an end to end automation flow using Worksoft. This round also went good for me. After some wait the HR called me and it was quite evident that I have got it.
HR round:-
Again the intro formalities. Then asked if I have led any team or not. I said yes then he gave me a situation like " If there are 4 members reporting me and I need to complete a deliverable on Monday and it is already Friday. How will you manage if there are unplanned leaves in between". Anyways I managed to answer this 😂.
Then asked about the current CTC, Expected CTC, notice period and other stuff.
