Interview
The process consisted of 9 interviews over 2 months.
The people were respectful, interesting, and excited about recruiting —but were not transparent about pay.
Twice I was promised an update by a certain date and found myself waiting three or four days later.
After several rescheduled interviews and large miscommunication about expectations, the offer was surprisingly disappointing.
I would not repeat this hiring process.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral/fit questions and past projects. One take home project
Applied online then had a video interview. The interviewer was not passionate, seemed disinterested, and probed far deeper into my past than expected. The interview was fairly casual. There was limited response and feedback from his end to my answers. The responses were usually one word followed by clarifying questions or a new line of questioning.

He asked me about a project that I worked on previously. After giving my answer, he asked if I thought this was a valuable metric for measuring the success of the project and setting the standard. Then he asked why.
