Interview
I was contacted by an intern that I will be called for an interview I got the link right before the interview. Had a good conversation about my experience and then the intern told me I will be contacted for next steps. I sent a thank you email and he sent me an email thanking me as well. After that the company completely ghosted me I followed up after a week to find out if they are still hiring but never heard from them at all. I am sure the position is filled by now.
My advice to management please do no ghost the candidates like this. We also spend our precious time preparing for the interview and finding all the information about the company. Also companies should have proper HR management in place so it’s more professional instead of relying on interns.

Interview
There is an aptitude test which has basic mathematical, probability, profit/loss and logical questions. Then an email invite by HR, which included the Manager as well handling that position. Approximately an hour long interview. They asked for a hard copy of my resume and it was a very good and casual conversation where I had to describe my professional career.
