There r generally 4 rounds for selection as GET in _VOIS. The 4 rounds r:- 1) Written Exam 2) Group Discussion 3) Technical Interview 4) HR Interview So u should work on ur communication skills because then too only u will able to clear the GD and should also have the technical knowledge .

Question 1
1) About the Final Year Project and technical questions based on the programming language ,OS , DBMS. 2) Why u want to VOIS , if u get the same package from other company ?
The interview process of VOIS is not hard to clear, one can easily clear it with having the knowledge fine knowledge of OOPS + one programming language knowledge + knowledge of databases and SQL. There will 4 rounds including one tech and one HR round in the whole process.

Interview
Interview process is good. Day after day test and technical and Hr round is taken. Smooth process of interview .onboarding process is smooth. Everyone in vois is helping in nature. Good company.
