Met with recruitment partner (Brett), Head of People (Amna) and a few internal leaders. Each call was balanced between me asking questions and answering them. The process was laid out transparently from the start, including steps/comp/etc. Brett was a great partner and kept me updated throughout. Everyone was empathetic and direct.
