Multi-step process involving an initial video recorded session involving questions of a general and technical nature, followed by another stage where a thrid party company conducts a coding interview. The person will provide questions and observe your process and technical ability during the interview.

Some questions on data manipulation in arrays etc, requires some thought towards effeciecy etc. Then some algorithms questions. Would reccomend studying sorting algos and their bigO, worst case etc effeciencies.
