The interview was over their platform. The interviewers were easy going in my opinion. Questions were typical but communications industry focused. Declined the position due to other reasons but overall a smooth experience.

Mostly behavioral and some technical similar to case style but communications industry focused.
Didn’t make it past the cognitive assessment was 5 sections in total lots of fill in the gap patter recognition. If you have experience with this format you will do fine.
Was very bad. The manager was hilarious….Hope that they will improve a lot the process of hiring. I had a phone interview with the HR person and was a good conversation but in the second call with the manager was something very strange in her attitude
It felt unprofessional. They didn't prepare with questions for the interview. Tips for HR: stop rolling your eyes when you are in a call with a candidate, also read something related to the job technical aspects if you are planning to stay in the call. maybe you won't be bored anymore if doing so. :)
