Interview
Applied in November, did a video interview and online tests. Then got through to the assessment centre, was told in January they took quite long to get back to me. Assessment centre was okay, they make you feel very comfortable but candidates who already work at Vodafone (even if it’s just in their stores) have a massive advantage over you which I found quite unfair. Overall the environment at Vodafone was the biggest positive, however the individual presentation task instructions were slightly unclear. Other assessment centres I have been to have had much clearer instructions about each task. I think due to Vodafone focusing so much on making the company look appealing and friendly, the emphasis on making sure candidates understand what they’re doing is slightly ignored.

A 6 question interview followed by a problem solving test. The interview was based around gaining an understanding of your personality, rather than your numerical ability. The whole test took around 30-45 minutes to complete.
