Interview was by phone. I worked with the company district manager at another company. Made the process smooth. Also interviewed area manager by phone. He wanted to know about my prior sales experience and what I knew about the company.

Informal. Intimidation tactics used to scare you away to see how tough you are. Gave worst cases about the job. Interviewer seemed like there had been a lot of turn over for this position.
