Interview
They sit you down and just talk to you about your goals and why do you think you would be a good fit. They give most everyone a chance to succeed. And with their training if you are dedicated to following the process its easy to succeed here.
Interview was really just everyone getting to know each other. The office team was really kind. The managers were clear about expectations, and offered assistance anytime. The interview lasts about as long as you wish, and they answered every question I had.
