Interview
on the phone this sounded like a dream job. Growing business with lots of opportunities and room for growth. When I got to the interview the doors were locked. After another candidate and I waited in the rain for 20 minutes, the "manager" showed up. I had tried repeatedly to call while we waited and was sent to voicemail. The headquarters was an empty basement office space. I was offered a marketing job I did not apply for or want, so I declined the second interview.

Interview
Very laid back and informative, but was not the type of job I was looking for. Responsibilities included going to retail stores to talk to potential clients. I was looking for an office job with benefits and a pathway to advance and did not think this marketing job would fit that description. Every entry level job starts the same and you work your way up through the company. Definitely was not what I was expecting.

The interview was very informative. I got to learn a lot about the company. The manger broke down the day to day operation so I know what's to be expected.
