The process consisted of the following steps: a screening assessment, a role assessment that you had 48 hours to complete, an interview with a talent partner to assess experience, personal background, and professional background, and an interview with the manager to assess experience and role assessment. It was very transparent and fast, with continuous feedback after every step.

The interview process was very quick and well-explained. All the questions were relevant to my experience and profile; they didn't feel transactional or go through a checklist. Great feedback was provided after every step of the process.
