If your a Fresher? i suggest u please dont apply for this job. They literally screw up. Their main agenda is cheap labour. They Hire only FRESHERS and they never mention about Salary Package until u get selected. There are 4 rounds to crack Round 1: Apptitude--1 hour (Total 14 questions No options will be mentioned) Technical written Test--1 hour(which includes C,Java,CSS,Html Total 40 questions each section contains 10 questions) They took 3 days to publish results. Round 2: coding round they will give you an A4 sheet paper which contains output of 4 programs(c,java,html,jsp) then we have to write logics of code in 1 hour Results will be published after 3 days. Round 3: Technical round- out of 400 students only 30 students got selected for round 3 and my interview slot was at 3.00Pm . There will be 3 Panels each panel have 2 persons to interview . At an average they take 45min for each candidate . i have waited for 5 1/2 hours and they took my interview at 8.30pm . They check ur programming skills (Java, web Technologies, c, Html, Css, MySql) they covered almost all my b.tech syllabus. once u finished with this and again they look for ur aptitude skills . They will give u an A4 sheet in which it contain 3 Puzzles and we have to solve those puzzles and also you need to explain the answers. Took 1 day to tell results Round 4: vistex company owner who lives in mumbai will take ur HR round here they will mention about company details 1. package--2.88lacks per annum( with cutins u get arround 22500) 2. Bond period -- 2 years ( once you join in this company they will ask ur original certificates and they will return you after 2 years) Incase if u want to break the bond You need to inform 3 months before and also penalty of 3 months salary. i got selected here but i declined offer initially i thought the package would be around 4 lakhs . so that's the reason i attended off campus pool . i have attended for few MNC's Recruitments but this was the worst process i have to say . Its ok if the package was <4.00 lakhs for 2.88lakhs they took 10 days and 4 rounds.
