The recruiter reached out to me to schedule a screening, after the screening she scheduled me with the hiring manager. After meeting with the hiring manager, I was told that the recruiter would be in contact with me in about a week. I never heard back from the recruiter, and even reached out to her for an update. I thought it was quite ironic an executive coaching firm, can't respect candidates by providing an update/rejection, especially after meeting the hiring manager.
