Submitted videos of me riding and tacking up horses. Interviewed first with HR, then with Head Wrangler, then with GM.
HR was a quick phone call, and then if you pass this, you'll have a specific video interview with them.

Interview
Three phone calls with two different departments. One was HR and the other was the horse department. They were very sweet and easy to talk to but are really strict about who they want in their company for sure.
