Initial video recording questions after submitting application. Questions are asked and you record yourself answering them with limit time. Then got asked to have a zoom interview with vista recruiting about 25min going over experience and qualifications
It started with a video interview and then it followed with an in person assessment day. The assent day had several parts and had a one on one interview at the end

Interview
The initial interview is virtual. You are asked corporate flight attendant questions about service and wine pairing. There are standard situational questions as well. The interviewer was nice and made the process comfortable.
