Then if you go through that, then you will be interviewed and do a demo lesson in a classroom with the students to see if you would make the right fit!

Rigorous, but gives you a really good idea as to what to expect for the school. They are very passionate about the community they serve and want to make sure their employees feel the same way.
Phone Interview, Video Interview, Final Interview with Demo Lesson. Each interview lasted between 30-mins to an hour.

Interview
All of mine were phone interviews. Recruiter asked thorough questions, and they genuinely seemed to be seeking the best candidate. Enjoyable experience overall, however I did not receive an offer at the end.
