Great initial call. It's a relatively small company, but they have a strong vision and prioritize remote-first work. I would have loved to continue had I not received another offer.

Did an interview with a recent HR member. Emails exchanged in english but the interview was in portuguese. They didn't asked a lot of the "normal" questions for an interview, just talked a lot about the company and the role. Three week days after the interview they gave me feedback saying that I didn't have enough experience, after that they stopped answering to emails.
