Single stage process - competence based questions around diary management, conflicting priorities, challenging stakeholders, and organization values of partnership, pace and passion. Panel were professional and friendly, with chance to ask questions at the end
2 rounds, first one was with managers I would be directly reporting to then the next was with higher ups. Very friendly interviewers overall, explained the structure of the business.
