Vision Media and Marketing interview questions

There are currently two gentlemen who work at Vision - the owner and a manager. They are nice guys, but somewhat unprepared. I was called in for an interview, however the interviewer did not seem to have his questions lined up and was constantly at a loss for words. The 2nd interview went much smoother on their end, however by the end of it I was convinced that they had advertised for a job that they were not actually offering, having sugar-coated the position to make it sound much more appealing than it actually was.
