CV > First Interview > Second Interview First interview (screening) involved typical questions for them to get to know you more and why you're interested in Marketing. I was then invited to attend a Second interview for that same day! For the Second interview - I was not aware there would be other candidates there. The interview involved more in depth marketing questions. The interviewer also gave a more detailed backstory into the company - essentially explaining why the role is 100% commission based!
