Interview
The first round is a coding test administered via Codility (75 minutes, 5 questions). Second round is a phone screen with HR. Third round is a technical interview with a trader. Final round is an IQ test followed by a sequence of interviews.

They will get back to you very quickly with a coding challenge. The coding challenge is fairly difficult due to the time pressure. Great questions though. You can use whatever language you want
