they ask you about your experience of the last job and more, why you left your job and why you choose va tire , what you see your self in coming few moths or year

Short and quick, just general situation based questions and 'yes/no' questions. Was told I would hear back from them within a few days, but a week later, haven't heard anything. Literally had to constantly contact HR to see what was the outcome of my interview and 'Marquis' told me I'd hear from him the same day, which I didn't. Two days later I received an email stating I wasn't chosen, pretty ironic for an entry level job that doesn't require any experience and they promise to train, but I didn't get hired, yet they advertise and post job openings everyday! Makes no sense, I can tell this is the wrong company to work for, most likely high turnover and unsatisfied employees, hence job postings everyday.
