Vireo Health interview questions

When I was given my phone interview, the interviewer asked me why I left my last job (similar field of work). I answered truthfully but professionally in saying that my values did not align with my ex-employers and that I valued integrity and taking pride in what I was doing. During the in-person interview, the interviewer immediately honed in on this past comment and repeatedly asked about it after I expressed multiple times that I did not want to elaborate so as to not throw my past employer under the bus.
