      Interview

      An initial talent acquisition screening, a hiring manager interview, two assignments, a peer interview and a final round with the founders. The conversations were quite comprehensive and covered everything from my professional experience, past projects and approach to problem-solving to my interests outside of work, extracurricular activities, career goals, and personality. Overall, the process felt focused on understanding both my capabilities and how I would fit within the team and company culture.
