Question 1
If I would consider to be a test technician until a mechanical engineering position came open.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victor Technologies (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2015
Interview
Very straight forward interview. Not very had at all. Was more of a conversation type of interview, and less corporate "what's your biggest weakness" type of interview. Mainly it was getting to know the company and what my role would be. I didn't have to discuss my qualifications too much when having the interview. This was a quick 2 week process and I was starting. It was a very easy process and I'm glad of how laid back the questions and interview style were.
