SImple proces and crystal clear process.
HR will call you for asking for feasible date and once date is agreed they will have 1:1 interview and they will ask rrelstively simple questiond.
After the interview they will coominicate the decision in week and overall compensation . id compensation needs discussion then you need decline the offer with required change and HR will get back to you
