They asked a series of personal questions. Also they mainly asked how your qualifications meet the expectations for the job requirement. I think they prefer for you to have prior agency experience (which I do not have yet). I met with three executives one after the other. They each told me what a typical day would be like at the company. They also asked what all did I know about the company and the position.
