Veterinary Practice Partners Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was more of and introduction than interview. Very friendly. Met with each employee. Explained company and procedures. Promised no changes. Non so far. But communication isn’t clear. Would like clearer and more personal communication from upper management.
