Phone interview with CEO, then a candidate email template test, then mock candidate phone interview test, and then a virtual panel interview. The process took about three weeks and at the panel interview it almost seemed wrong for me to even mention that I had a hobby because at the panel interview it became the main concern, as if I couldn’t do the job correctly because of it.
