It was initially an assessment centre which had no real benefit to be honest, this was followed by a call from the HR recruitment individual to book an in person interview. Interview was relaxed. This is heavy reliant on who interviews you.

Interview
Stage 1 was a group interview, we worked in groups to discuss different scenarios and presented them. Stage 2 for those selected was a formal interview with the sales manager a few days later, had to create a presentation and produce a video walk-around of a car.
