Vertic interview questions

I applied online. After a few weeks I was contacted via email by CD Andre asking my experience with design tokens in Figma. After replying I was ghosted for about a week and then contacted again to set up an online interview with Andre and another CD based in NYC. The online interview went well, but it did come across that Vertic is having communication troubles both with their product team and the clients they are billing for services not set-up correctly. My experience creating design tokens in Figma was for building SASS products in an enterprise company that would reduce friction for engineering and dev teams and they were looking for someone who used them in a Marketing context so they ghosted me again after the interview.
