Ended up dropping out of the interview process because it was too long. They warned me ahead of time that the process would be lengthy, but after two introductory interviews, a personality assessment, a basic skills test, and panel interview, they wanted another panel interview and I just wasn't up for it.

Basic questions were asked to begin with. How do you deal with conflict? etc.
Very long. I had 4 separate 2 hour interviews and the last one grilled you on all the aversion they had or you had for them. It was stressful to say the least.

Interview
Typical process of phone screen, then assessment, and follow-up group interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. They did want a fourth-round interview with an officer of the company, but I withdrew before that interview.
