Participated in three interviews for a writing position. I was never asked for writing samples (the purpose of the job). Once, I was interviewing for the last round, two retired, and returned-to-work ladies made fun of my previous work experience. They made jokes and mocked my prior experience stating that hopefully someone "would give me a chance." This lead me to feel completely judged for my age and disregarded as a professional. I received a do-not-reply email informing me I didn't get the job. This was impersonal and I would never work here after this experience.
