I applied on Monster and was sent appointment times via e-mail the next day. My first interview was an on-site where I had the group interview with the President and the Marketing Director. They were very interested in why I wanted to work at this company in particular, and how I planned to bring value to it. This company cares very much about its people, and their interview questions flow accordingly. You cannot apply online and just show up - there needs to be genuine interest, applicants should know the background of the company, and candidates should identify with Versadial's vision.
I then had to prepare intellectual property to present the leadership team. It was a marketing concept and e-mail campaign, with the goal being lead generation for the sales team.
We spent two weeks discussing further ideas that my campaign initiated.
We agreed on a start date which was within a week of receiving an offer letter, and I could not be more happy at this company.
