Interview
Was a quick interview, no technical interview just some personal questions. He really just tries to see if he likes you or not. Very easy interview. You will most likely get this job if you apply. Don't worry about the interview at all.
It was short and straightforward. First, it consisted of a phone screen and then there was an interview with the CEO directly. It was very personal and subjective feeling. It did not feel structured.

Interview
Receieved an email about interest, followed by a phone conversation with the recruiter. The recruiter asked how much I expected for pay. I said at least 45k starting (a fresh college grad) and she sounded really shocked as if that was too high. I've interviewed at many places in Austin for a job in this field and the average start rate was 60k. We didn't talk much about technical skills and I didn't get another phone call. I think it's absurd they would offer such a low amount for a job that requires a lot of skill.
