I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Verizon Connect (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Long and disappointing: From my application to the rejection email, over 3 months. The role was apparently on hold for a few weeks, but I wouldn't have known if I haven't kept in touch with the recruiter.
Don't get mistaken by the ad stating "Apply if you're not 100% a fit": Having extensive commercial experience wasn't enough, they're looking for someone from the industry.

It was a very easy, straightforward interview with the manager and the team leader. We just had a chat about my previous experience and what I was expecting from the role.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon Connect in Jul 2020
Interview
Interview was a 2 stage one after the initial one with the recruiter. At first it was a phone chat with the Manager that lasted about 30 - 35 minutes. I was then invited to do a presentation and show it during a Skype call (I was interviewed during pandemic). Presentation topic was on how I imagine managing 600 clients and also to say something about myself. This stage was with the Manager and his boss.
