went mostly into detail about sales motivation and previous experiences that could benefit being a sales associate. Went over the company structure and how the training would be and in general their work life balance.

Interview
The interview was in a group setting, not given too many questions, and was done within an hour. They then take you knocking doors to see if you are able to speak to the general public.
Poorly managed, it seemed rushed and with lack of information, and no real desire to hire, my impression was that they had to fullfill a number of interviews, because they did not seemed interested.
