Uncoordinated at best. Incompetent at worst. Spoke with 5-6 senior leaders, over the course of 5 weeks. After the last interview I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone in 3 weeks. I’m totally fine if they want to offer the job to someone else but to be ghosting people this far in to the process is ridiculous.
