Was pretty simple, they ask you the standard interview questions and mainly look if your personality is a good fit for the role. Not any super technical questions. Just look up interview questions on Google and review those before interview and you should be good.

How does your previous experience prepare you for this role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vericast (Livonia, MI)
Interview
I think I went through 4 interviews. One was a screen interview that was done via a recording. You had to answer questions from an app and it was recorded. Then the next interviews were done in person. I was also given an assessment test for excel and graphics proofing. I felt like it took forever to get an offer.

The hiring process was quite long. However, I Really wanted to work at Valassis, so for me it was was totally worth it. This job set me in the direction that I would like to be in career wise.
When you interview for Valassis, be prepared to answer many behavioral questions. Take some time to identify a few of your greatest accomplishments. Show the interviewers that you have something to bring to the table, are passionate about the position you are interviewing for and the company and you should be fine.
