Interviewed by the dept head and site head was basic with just general questions about my previous work culture and work role. Asked about my personal achievements and stability at work

Good, mainly technical and practical aspect. No out of blue questions, If you have worked in that particular field you can easily answer all the question as mostly are on practical aspect. Many question come from the slides you prepare for presentation hence you can easily nail it if you have proper subject knowledge.
