The administrators will review your credentials (resume, diplomas, etc) before deciding whether to stage a mock teaching session. The teaching session is the final deciding factor; it isn't difficult, no one will challenge you. They just want to see that you have at least some idea of how to teach before they add you to their teaching pool.
