Phone Interview with HR. Then a face to face interview with HR, Engineering Manager, Designer and Engineer. General background questions. Designer and Engineer more to see if personalities fit. Second interview with Engineering Manager, Director, and Vice President. More general interviewing. Finally Vice President asked me my salary requirements. I believe that is why I was not offered a position, would have appreciated that question much sooner before two site interviews.
